Ohhh… so many ideas off of your last post! First I spelled out WWFD? with my body. Then, I tried to recreate your image but as –WWAD? (Ana Mendieta.) I put white gunk all over my face, but I couldn’t find my bag of feathers… it was a rather comical situation 🙂
But in the end, I resorted to video. I had to… I grew up with those exact same pink and black tiles! When I looked at your picture the first time, I felt like I was looking over your shoulder, looking at all of my adolescence.
I dug up my old hard drive and found this short clip from a video I did in 2003 when I was at SAIC, Mirror on The Wall.
